SYPNOPSIS
It looks like a pile of rocks, but it appears to be the remains of a Viking farmhouse. At a barren, wind-swept site in northern Iceland, Thomas McGovern, an archeology professor at Hunter hopes the dig here will help him to learn more about how Vikings lived and what role they may have played in the deforestation of Iceland.
